Since that morning there's no peanut to sort so chris gave a permission to all his workers break for that day.
So while chris and his partner doing some paperwork one of his worker came to him to ask if anything he can help. But chris said dont worry there's nothing to do. Just sit down and watch.
They started to have a conversation about the work. Hakem asked how did chris came out with this idea to make a peanut farm and something like that. There's no awkward situation between them. Seems like they knew each other before. Until they stop asking questions. Suddenly they feel awkward moment.
To break that chris began to ask something more deep to Hakem.
" how do you think about God? Is He really real or its just your imagination or something like fake hope?"
Hakem was startled. He didn't expect that his boss chris would have question like that. Deeply exhale hakem answers slowly.
"He is real. Allah is real. Just you can't see Him with your naked eyes. His is not that you called fake hope. Fake hope is just same as there's no hope. " short but still not enough to make chris satisfied.
"You don't make it more clear. What proves do you have to make me feel better? Asked him.
"I can give anything to show you that Allah is real but can you accept it? Or you just like oh yeah bla bla bla and never believe in that. Right? "
"Let say that this world is one of the prove that God is real. Let say that all the creation is the prove that He is real. Can you accept that? "
"It doesn't make sense. We know that the world is being created by a Big Bang theory. And so the whole universe and the trees the mountains all the birds everything was created by that right?"chris answered. "Don't ask me dude. I'm the one that should have the answer. So how do you know that the world and the universe is created by the big bang theory? Are you there by that time? Let me make this simple okay. What if I want to make some fishing nets. And I have all the thing. But the only problem is that I don't know how to make it. So one day I ride a motorcycle to see if someone could make it for me. On my way to that place accidentally my bike was hit by a car. Lucky I don't have any injuries but what makes me so shocked is my stuff to make a fishing nets is all been created. Did you get it chris? It doesn't make sense if you want to build up something you can do it by throwing the stuff to each other and done. So how can the world and the universe is just like that? There's must be someone who has the greatest power and who doesn't need any help or partner to create all of these. Right. So surely He is our God Allah. It's been like what two thousand years and still we're still being a human. Not some kind of alien with four five hands and can fly. Right. So logically the theory of evolution is such a weak thought and unacceptable for those who have the clearly mind like you and me.
"Wait a sec, I still don't get it. Why we need a God if you and I can be what we want to be. Just put our best to get the best result. Let say we couldn't get it so what? Try it again another time. As long as we put our efforts. Things can be done. We grow up and make a life and grow old and die and that's the end. Bam !! Full stop. Nothing more. "
"Oh is that you called a life? So you grow up and get older and died and there's nothing after that?
I'm gonna give you another example. Okay, imagine we both in school. We learned we played we earned something valuable and do some stupid things. Just like the other schools, we also need to get into examination by the end of the year. The teacher told us to do what we want to do but do remember we must study and read so we can pass the exam.
Okay let us use your theory chris. You guys believe that in the end of the life we all gonna die and that's end just like that. Okay I agree we're all going to die. Let say in our school in the end of the year there's no such thing as an examination. Yes yet it still have to end so we can go to another level. Right, some of the students still wanna read and do some homework although it is not for exam but for their own knowledge. To add some information about this and that. That's all. And some other students never do the reading and always fooled around. By that time the school end and everyone makes their own way to go another level. The question is are those who have read the book is useless because there's no exam? The answer is no. It's for their own business and knowledgeable.
Now that's your perception chris. Let use mine. What if in the end of the year we all have to take the exam? Some of us knew that at the end of the year there's an exam and some of the students doesn't really care about it. And some of the students who knows but yet still arrogant and believe there's no exam. For those who believe, they decided to read and study. For those who doesn't care they still live their life like that without studying. And for those who knew and yet arrogant also not doing anything for their own lives. So by that time the end of the year is coming. Suddenly one morning there's one announcement. All the bags and books must be put outside of the class. No excuses. Now chris let me ask you something. Do you have any idea what's going to happen to them? I mean the students who really studied, and those who don't? You know the answer.
That is same as us right now. You know deep down inside in your heart there must be one creator who created all of this. But yet you still arrogant. And the other they don't really care about it. And the last one is my side who knows about the end of the our day. And there will be a judgement day or punishment day to be granted or to be punished. Am I gonna lose if in the end of the world there's no judgement day? No chris. At least we've been ready. But if otherwise? You should know what's better. " oh God now it almost dinner time. It's my turn to cook. Hopefully this conversation will be some kind a useful to give you more details about ourselves God and the last day. Should be going now. Bye chris. "
Chris is still staring at Hakem with thousands question in his head. Feeling like someone has knocked his heart. Such a burden to bear. But at least he knows that the boy really give him something today. He smile and say " until next time".
